Last night Isabelle and I had a tea party on the kitchen floor. As soon as Ravyn finished her homework Isabelle and Ravyn played dress up and played their version of rock band.
Every child should be this loved. Kaycie and Ravyn still run to Isabelle when they come home after school. When they find she is asleep they start being noisy so she will wake up. They choose to come home and "play" with Isabelle instead of hanging out with their friends. Isabelle has all of us wrapped around her little finger.
In December Isabelle turned three. With this milestone came the realization that Isabelle has now had a family longer than she was without one. That brings a smile to my face.
May all the orphans all over the world find their families...
