My earlier post I was talking about 2009. Well so far 2009 has rung in nothing but sickness for our family. All of us have been sick for over a week and Bill's has progressed to pneumonia.
Kaycie tried to make it to school despite her telling me the whole way there that she was feeling sick. We even pulled over once when she felt like she was going to, as Isabelle says, "puke." False alarm. But the school nurse ended up calling midday and I went and picked her up early. These pictures were taken while Kaycie was taking it easy and Isabelle came up and snuggled with her and started to read her book.
