The Madness Begins...

Kaycie & Ravyn in 2005 when we moved to Washington
Ravyn, Kaycie & Isabelle the day we left Washington for Alabama

I must say we were extremely pampered in this move. We had people pack our things for us and load our things for us and drive them cross country for us and a week later they set up our beds for us and unloaded our things and delivered them to the appropriate room, or the basement if we couldn't decide. So now after so much ease...the madness has begun. It is making me crazy! We are making progress but I want to snap my fingers and have it done and perfect...ya right!
The girls are doing great so far. Our new ward has been warm and wonderful. They have welcomed us and especially the girls in such a loving way.
Isabelle has slept in her bed, in her room every night since we have been in her "Bama Home", and that in itself is HUGE progress. Although I admit I miss her snuggling up to me at night. Isabelle also went in to sunbeams two Sundays in a row with no problems. My baby is growing up!
Our neighbors have been so warm and sweet. Southern Hospitality is real, and we have brownies and breads brought by the sweetest people to prove it.
The weather here has been 75 degrees and wonderful! The only draw back has been the pollen. We wake up in the morning and our cars are covered with a light yellow coat of pollen. The bees here are as big as birds. So needless to say our hayfever is off the charts!
We tried to get the girls enrolled in school today but they have us jumping through a few hoops so maybe thursday they will be ready to go.
Things are going great here, we miss our friends and the food in Washington. The restaurants here aren't great . If you live in Washington go to Spiro's or Baja Fresh for us and describe it in detail!
